Chicken and bacon spaghetti
- 100 g Parmesan cheese, Cut into small cubes
- 200 g shortcut bacon rashers, Roughly chopped
- 20 g olive oil
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp chilli flake, dried
- to taste black pepper, freshly ground
- 400 g tomato passata
- 400 g water
- 2 heaped teaspoons chicken stock paste

- 1. Add Parmesan cheese to mixing bowl. MC on. 8 sec, speed 7. Transfer cheese to bowl for later.
- 2. Add bacon to mixing bowl. MC on. 5 sec, speed 4. Scrape down sides of bowl.
- 3. Add olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, dried chilli flakes, pepper, tomato passata, water, and stock to mixing bowl.Cook for 10mins, 100degrees, speed 1. MC off. Use simmering basket.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
