Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I have teenage boys that eat me out of house & home, if i cook pasta out of thermo do I reduce amount of water ?
My partner is obsessed with this recipe! If I ask him what he wants for dinner, this is always his go too!!
Amazing dish!!!! 🤤
Delicious! I only had 300mls of cream, so I added cream cheese, sour cream and a bit of milk to make it up to 600mls. It made it so rich and creamy!
Super, Delicious Side Dish!!
I made this last night as a side to grilled meat and it was delicious! Eveyrone loved it. It is very filling so a small portion is plenty. We omitted the chicken as I already had meat prepared. I also substituted a stock cube and 1Tbsp of Veggie Paste for the chicken paste as I had none prepared. Excellent recipe and I would definitely cook again. Thank you.
Greatness is upon YOU. Act like it!
Made this for dinner last night, the kids ate 2 whole bowls full. Was told to definitely add this recipe to the favourites list
My whole family ate this and thought it was yummy. I will make the sauce a little thinner next time. Very tastey and easy
Was great! Will become the quick, easy but fab after work meal.
Delicious!! Can't fault it. Family loved it.
Yum, have made this twice, very easy and very yum. I used spiral pasta the 2nd time so it didn't look particularly beautiful as it blended a bit more than it should have. I will have to experiment a little lol.
Thanks for sharing.
Thankyou! Added the brocoli to ingredients
