Ingredients
Basmathi Rice
- 800 g water, Soak 1/2 hour before cook
150gm long beans (cut short 1/2cm)
20gm cooking oil
10gm sesame oil
70g fresh mushroom(cut into small cubes)
50g dried shrimps
15g light soy bean suace
5g sugar
50g water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
20gm garlic
50 gm toasted peanuts ( toast in the oven @temp 180 deg for 8 mins)

- Pour 800g water into TM bowl, place Basmathi rice into simmering basket to cook
Set time at 20 mins, 100 deg at speed 3, close lid
- 1Remove Basmathi rice from TM bowl with the aid of spatula. Pour away the water and leave the rice into thermo pot to keep warm.2Place 20gm garlic into bowl to peel the skin off "Counter-clockwise operation" , 30 sec @ speed 43Open lid to remove garlic skin , add oil to saute garlic , varomo, 2 mins, "Gentle stir setting" "Counter-clockwise operation" "Closed lid" 4Add dried shrimps, mushroom, long beans to saute in TM bowl, varoma, "Closed lid" "Gentle stir setting" "Counter-clockwise operation" for 10 mins5Add sugar, water, salt, pepper & light sauce to mix, 5 mins, "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" "Closed lid" 6Pour the cook ingredients out to mix with the cook rice and serve hot. Sprinkle with toasted peanuts
