Ingredients
Pasta Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onions, brown, peeled
- 25 grams Olive oil (light)
- 500 grams Italian Pork Sausages
- 2 cans Italian style plum tomatoes or 500g jar of your favourite pasta sauce, crushed
- 1 teaspoon fennel powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon rigani or dried oregano

Peel and cut onion in half.
Place into TM bowl and chop 3 seconds/speed 6.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Peel garlic and add whole – do not chop.
Add olive oil and sauté 2 minutes /100 degrees/reverse/speed 1.
Remove garlic from TM bowl and discard.
Cut the casings from the sausages and add sausage mince to the TM bowl.
Blend ingredients together on reverse/speed 3 /5 seconds.
Sauté 5 minutes/100 degrees/reverse/speed 1.
Add tomatoes and seasonings.
Cook 10 minutes /100 degrees/reverse/speed 1.
