Ingredients

  • 40 gram Parmesan cheese, To Serve
  • jalapeño chilli, Small Amount
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 50 gram olive oil
  • 300 gram Spiral pasta
  • 800 gram water, Substitute 50g wine if desired
  • 2 tablespoon TM vegetable stock concentrate
  • Cherry Tomatoes / Tomato, Small Amount
  • 1 Capsicum, Red / Green or half of each
  • 300 gram Cooked Chicken (shredded), eg. leftover roasted chicken

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Parmesan cheese into TM bowl and grate for 10 seconds on speed 9.  Set aside.

    Place the Jalepeno chilli, garlic and onion into TM Bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 7. 

    Scrape from sides of bowl using spatula.

    Add oil and saute for 2 minutes at 100 on speed 1.

    Add pasta and water and cook for 12 minutes at 100 on Reverse + speed soft.

    At 8-10 minute mark, remove MC and add chopped capsicum and tomatoes.

    Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes at 100 on Reverse + speed soft.  Use Spatula to help mix chicken.

    Serve pasta in a bowl and sprinkle with grated parmesan.

This was created from leftovers, based loosely on the Pasta with Beans recipe in the Everyday Cook Book.

    i didnt put the chilli in   i added the stock, sundried tomatoes, olives and a warmed mix of sour cream and creamed cheese  with salt and pepper and for my husband's serve i blended in chilli tmrc_emoticons.)

    At last a decent leftover chicken recipe that's not a pie, loved it, I added a few chopped rashers of bacon and didn't have a chili so added a few chilli flakes and it worked well. As Juzzy71 said I added veggie stock with water as the stock isn't mentioned in the method. Will defo do this one again  tmrc_emoticons.;)

    I made this for tonight's dinner. Very nice. I followed recipe except I chopped up a chicken breast, gave it a light fry then added it when the recipe suggested to add cooked chicken.  I added my stock concentrate when adding water, wine and pasta. Will definitely make this again.
