- 1 level tbsp dried instant yeast
- 130 grams sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams Butter, Melted
- 730 grams flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Add milk, yeast, sugar to the
"Closed lid"
"Gentle stir setting" 37
"Blend" for 3mins
- add other ingredients
2 eggs, 100gm melted butter
730gm flour
Salt "Dough mode" 4mins leave to rise in the bowl for 30mins
- Divide the dough into 2
Roll dough out into a retangle sprinkle over the dried friut of your choice
fold dough in half to the shortess side
Roll again and then roll up to fit into 2 tins - Let it rest until has risen
Brush tops with 1egg and 1 tablspn water mixed together - bake at 350°F for 30 mins
