Place garlic clove into Thermomix bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 7.
Place spinach leaves in bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 6, then add all remaining ingredients into bowl and mix for 15 seconds on speed 5.
Tip
Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
This versatile dip is also great stirred through cooked pasta for a quick, healthy and tasty dinner.

Thanks for the additional tip guys to add a little extra oil to help it keep a bit longer. This dip is also GREAT added over some cooked pasta as a quick and simple meal.
