Chilli Jam
- 500 grams spanish red onions, cut in halves
- 180 grams raw sugar
- 50 grams balsamic vinegar
- 50 grams white wine vinegar
- 100 grams water
- 2-3 level teaspoons chilli flakes, dried, Adjust as desired

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Place onions into TM "Closed lid" .
2. Chop onions, 7 seconds/speed 5. Scrape down sides of bowl,
Chop for another 1- 2 seconds if desired.
4. Add sugar, both vinegars, water and chilli flakes.
5. Cook 45 mins/Varoma/"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting"
Delicious with grilled meat and hard cheese.

Tip
Replace MC with simmering basket if bubbling over.

I absolutely LOVED this. I added some ginger and garlic to recipe and 2 tsp chilli flakes was great for me. So easy to make because I had all the ingredients in the pantry. Will have this in the fridge all the time.

I LOVE THIS RECIPE! We only use a single teaspoon if chilli for a kid-friendly version, but love the full strength version for the adults! Absolutely delicious
