- 720 grams rhubarb stalks, Diced
- 1 granny smith apple diced
- 360 grams sugar
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 15 grams Jam setta with pectin

Cut rhubarb and apple into pieces. Add sugar and lemon juice cook for 30 minutes on 100c so speed 1.
Add the jam setta and cook for 10 minutes at 100c on speed 1.

I made this yesterday using Jam Sugar. I did have to blitz the mixture for 8 seconds on speed 9 prior to cooking as my thermie was really struggling to stir the big chunks while cooking. Tastes nice and I'm sure my mum will love it as she is a huge rhubarb fan. Thanks for the recipe.
