- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 thick slice of onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup natural yoghurt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 - 2 tablespoons parsley

Chop onion and parsley in TMX bowl for 5 seconds on speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add all other ingredients and blend for 4 seconds on speed 4. Scrape and blend again for 4 seconds on speed 4.
Transfer into serving jug, cover and chill.

This sauce will keep for a week if refrigerated. Delicious and very low calorie.
