Add garlic, parsley and basil to "Closed lid" and chop 3secs / Sp7. Scrape down sides of bowl then add roughly chopped butter, mix 5secs / Sp7.
Roll butter mix in gladwrap/cling film into a sausage shape and place in freezer for at least an hour before using.
Once frozen, cut into small rounds as required. Herb & Garlic Butter can be used on top of hot vegetables, fish, steak and also when preparing garlic bread.
Place remaining butter roll back into freezer for another occasion.
Fantastic flavour and one of our family treats.

Very easy and tasty, I did add more garlic than the recipe said.
This is my new favourite pizza topping along with a bit of rosemary in with the herbs and Parmesan and Mozzarella on top.
