Ingredients
no mayo coleslaw dressing
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons mild tasting oil
- 1.5 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1. Add all ingredients to the "Closed lid" and stir on 60c/2 mins/sp 2, or until sugar has dissolved.
2. Place in a glass jar and place in the fridge to cool.
3. Pour over your favourite coleslaw combo for an hour or 2 before serving.
4. Dressing lasts a couple of weeks in the fridge, if kept in a sealed glass jar.

Tip
If you prefer a non creamy dressing for your coleslaw...this is the one for you.
It is quite sweet...I prefer it that way. If you prefer it slightly less sweet, use less sugar.
