- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 40 grams tamari or soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons Cornflour.
- 3 tablespoons boiled water
- 400 grams Tinned Pineapple, Juice included

Dissolve cornflour in water & set aside.
Place garilc in bowl & chop 3sec speed 7.
Scrape down sides, add peanut oil & saute 2min/Varoma/speed 1
Add remaining ingredients except pineapple & cook 4min/100oC/speed 3
Add pineapple & juice chop 10sec/speed 7
Pour over stir fry or store in air tight container

Oops forgot the stars
Really tasty, next time I might add some fresh ginger in step 1
i also used fresh pineapple as I had to use up, I think some pineapple chunks would work well, maybe using the canned makes a difference , but loved it all the same
have some left over, might freeze, will let you know how that goes loved it
