- 1 Spring onion with green top
- 1 Avacado
- 150 grams Philly Cream Cheese

Put carrot,celery,& spring onion into TM bowl "Closed lid" chop 5 seconds speed 5
Add cream cheese & avacado into "Closed lid" , then blend 10 seconds,"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 4-5
Spread filling onto wrap/sandwich/roll & enjoy; sure beats a jam sandwich!

Tip
You could add some tuna, salmon or chicken to the filling, and bean shoots,lettuce and alfalfa sprouts

So good!! I added mashed boiled egg & some swiss cheese and then toasted the whole wrap in a sandwich press. Quick, cheap, TASTY fuss-free dinner!!

Yummy wrap filling, I added lettuce and a large tin of tuna and only used 100gms of Philly. Was definitely enough cream cheese, perfect consistency.
