RUEBIN DIP
- 125 g *cream cheese, see notes
- 125 g saukraut
- 125 g Thousand Island Dressing, see notes
- 1 pinches salt
- 80 g pastrami, or left over roast meat
- 80 g cheese, see notes
BREAD CRUMB
- 1 cloves garlic not peeled
- 3 sprigs Thyme
- 1 slices crust bread of choice
- 1 tsp olive oil

- PREHEAT OVEN 180 DEG
- Add thyme, break up slice of crust put in BOWL, Speed 7, 4 sec.
- Tip into frypan add oil and clove of garlic and toast until browned.
- Add chopped cheese into TM BOWL, "Closed lid" speed 7 for 3 sec. set aside
- Put all DIP contents into TM BOWL , add cheese also with"Closed lid" - speed 7 for 5 sec. set aside to be added to dip ingredients later"Closed lid"
- Add pastrami to the TM BOWL with spd 8 for 3 sec.
- Add to meat, all remaining dip ingredients , inc cheese into TM BOWL and with "Closed lid" spd 7 for 5 sec.
- Scrape down contents - blend more if need to. put in dish that is heat proof.
- Bake in preheated oven on 180 deg for 8-10 minutes. For TM6 owners set time on 2nd timer
- Prior to serving garnish with reserved breadcrumbs

Tip
*cream cheese can be subbed for Cashew Sour cream (see cookidoo)
if you don't have Thousand Island - just add 1 tb of tomato sauce, 1/4 tsp paprika, tsp tamari, couple drops of lemon
Cheese - if dairy free - use nutritional yeast flakes, or vegan cheese.
Any saukraut can be used - or make it yourself via cookidoo.
