Ingredients

  • 1 medium brown onion, peeled and cut in half
  • 0.5 large red capsicum, deseeded
  • 1-3 Jalapeño chillies, depending on personal preference
  • 30 grams olive oil
  • 250 grams Philadelphia Cheese
  • 120 grams cream
  • 250 grams Frozen spinach, Thawed and drained
  • 220 grams Grated Tasty Cheese
  • 20 g Balsamic Vinegar.

Recipe's preparation

    Dip
  1. 1) Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius.

  2. 2) Place onion, capsicum and jalapeno chilli in thermomix.Blitz on speed 5 for 3-4 seconds (aiming for small chunks not puree!)

  3. 3) Add oil and saute on Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Speed 1, Varoma Setting, for 5 minutes.

  4. 4) Add remaining ingreadients. Mix on Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 4 for ~5 seconds until combined.

  5. 5) Transfer mixture to pregreased casserole dish. Bake for 25-35 minutes until brown and bubbly!

  6. 6) Serve with your choice of corn chips or veggies.

Tip

Feel free to make it the night before, chill in the fridge and bake it the next day.
