Ingredients
- 1 onion, Quartered
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 50 g olive oil
- 400 g Minced beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 500 g jar pasta sauce
- 1 can tomato soup, condensed
- 50 g brown sugar
- 60 g tomato sauce
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 1 courgette, grated

1. Place onion and garlic in TM bowl and chop 4 seconds on speed 7.
2. Add oil, minced beef, salt and peper and cook for 10 minutes at Varoma Temp on "Counter-clockwise operation" + "Gentle stir setting" , placing basket on TM bowl lid instead of Measuring Cup.
3. Add remaining ingredients and cook 25 mins at 100 degrees on "Counter-clockwise operation" + "Gentle stir setting" , again, placing basket on TM bowl lid instead of MC.
Tip
Serve over spaghetti.
I place cooked spaghetti in a baking dish, cover with sauce, and then cover with a white sauce. Cover with grated cheese. Bake in oven till heated thru and cheese is golden.
Can be used as a lasagna sauce.

Thanks for your reply! Is very much a favourite in our house too. We are only a family of 4, so I freeze half for a busy day Is very versitile, can be had on baked potatoes, as a lasagna, even just on toast!!
Fantastic recipe! Feeds my family of 7 till they're full and I have leftovers for work the next day. All 5 kids absolutely love it. Best Spag Bol ever they reckon. It's a regular in our house, and the most requested meal.
