Ingredients
Savoury Flavouring
- 2-3 sprigs flat leaf parsley, leaves only
- 2-3 sprigs Thyme, leaves only
- 2-3 sprigs Oregano, leaves only
- 1 clove garlic, small (or 1/2 large)
- 10 grams sundried tomatoes, drained & patted dry with paper towel
Sweet Flavouring
- 1/2 stick cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
- 50 g raw sugar
Butter
- 0.6 litre thickened cream
- 500 grams chilled water

1. Place herbs and garlic in a dry mixing bowl. Chop 5 sec/speed 7
2. Add sundried tomatoes. Chop 5 sec/speed 7. Set aside
1. Place cinnamon stick in dry mixing bowl. Chop 10 sec/speed 9
2. Add nutmeg & sugar. Chop 20 sec/speed 9. Set aside
1. Prepare 1 quantity of Butter as per the EDC (using 600mL cream).
2. Divide quantity in half.
3. Add half of the Sweet Flavouring to half of the butter. Mix 10 sec/speed 4. Wash & dry TM bowl.
4. Add half of the Savoury Flavouring to the second half of the butter. Mix 10 sec/speed 4.
Note: You can just make one flavouring and use it all in one quantity of TM butter.

Tip
The flavouring quantities make enough to make a full batch (using 600mL of cream) of that flavoured butter.
To use this butter on your popcorn:
If you use butter when you are popping your popcorn, then use one of these butters instead.
If not, divide your batch of popcorn in two, melt a few tablespoons of each butter and toss one type of butter through each portion of popcorn.
Now you can have popcorn for mains and dessert!
