simple yum! thankyou!
It was very easy and nice
The best gravy I have ever made! and so easy! I only had 200ml pan juices and topped up with water. Also used the thermo vege stock for a super smooth and flavoursome gravy.
Yum! We loved this gravy. Thank you.
Perfect gravy - even my Dad (the king of roast lamb) would give a thumbs up to this one!
I used 300g of pan juices + 20g flour + BCB vegetable stock, was awesome
Nice gravy.
I added a splash of Worcestershire sauce and used the BCB vegetable stock. Thank you for the recipe.
yummy gravy
I steamed a turkey (cut into quaters/ only used 3/4) in the varona covered in rosemary, garlic, parsley salt and pepper for 1 hour. The juices fell into the water. I saved the juice water and put it into the fridge to set the fat ontop. Once set i skimmed off the fat and followed the recipe ( used beef stock powder as that is all i had). I added pepper to taste and served it ontop of the turkey, sweet potatoes and ham i roasted in the oven. Oh i made peas nd carrots in the thermomix too. Amazing dinner. It made a winner winner turkey dinner. Step by Step photos of this recipe is on the facebook page The Blitzing Blade
This gravy was excellent. I only had 100g of pan juices from my roast chicken so added water I cooked green veggies from to make up to 500g. I have never been able to make gravy properly & this is the best gravy I've ever made!
I love this gravy, it is weekly regular in our house. I sometimes saute some onion prior to adding the liquid. If I dont have a roast on the go with pan juices I will use or top up with water from boiling veg. Soooo yumm! Thankyou!!
