Turkish Carrot Dip
- 250 grams peeled carrot, cubed
- 50 grams olive oil
- 125 grams natural yoghurt
- salt to taste
- 1 level teaspoon carraway seed, toasted (optional)

Place carrot in TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 5.
Add olive oil and saute for 5 mins at 100 deg C on "Gentle stir setting"
Let mixture cool then add yoghurt, salt and toasted carraway (potional) and blend on speed 5-6 until smooth .

We used to frequent this great Turkish restaurant when I was a kid but it closed down and I've been trying to find this carrot dip ever since! Now I can make it in my new thermo! Woohooo!

Absolutely delicious dip - I love the carraway seeds in it. My whole family was raving about it.
Sounds like a nice easy dip without too many ingredients - I'm going to try this with some left over roast carrots! I think it'll give be Ok but I'll try your version too as I love carrots! Thanks for sharing!
