- 2-3 cloves garlic, coarsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 juice 1 lemon
- salt and black pepper to taste
To garnish
- 6 Rosemary sprigs
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- black olives

Place garlic & rosemary into the TM bowl and chop for 5 secs/Speed 7
Add all other ingredients and mix for up to 1 minute on speed 4 or until desired consistency is achieved. For a coarser dip, mix for 20/30 seconds.
Tip
Strip rosemary leaves from stems before chopping
