Great recipe ! Works every time
just to answer the previous comment, the reason sugar is not put in earlier is because it will burn the bottom of the thermomix
Thank you
This is so yum, thank you!!
Just curious, why don't you put the sugar & vinegar in at the beginning?
Have made this 3 times in the last week!
Just made these to go with leftover salad, about to cook some snags.
Great recipe and will deff cook again. I personally would next time attempt with half the butter and oil, bit to much for me. But awesome taste
So good. I did 1.5 x recipe and cooked second step 17 mins and last step for 12 mins. Perfect. Thank you.
I didn't have balsamic vinegar so subbed it for red wine. Worked out fine. I cooked it 5 mins longer than the recipe to get it more caramelised.
Done it twice. The first time with half the sugar, delicious. The second time as listed and spread it over a focaccia adding coarse salt and goat cheese. Incredible!
LorK:if anyone was wondering I doubled the recipe only changing the 2nd time to 9 mins and it worked fine. (Could possibly caramelise a little longer)
delicious and simple! Thank you.
Has anyone doubled the recipe? Keen to make for a sliders party!
Delicious!
Thankyou, i cooked my focaccia topped with these and thyme, and a good sprinkle of goats cheese.
