- 1/3 cup burghul
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tomatoes, cut in half remove flesh
- 2 bunches parsley
- 1 bunch mint
- 4 spring onions
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt to taste

1. Chop tomates in TM bowl 5 sec/speed 4
2. Place burghul into a small bowl, then cover with chopped tomatoes and lemon juice. Let it sit for 30mins until burghul soft
3. Hand chop parsley and mint (chopping in TM brings moisture out leaving chopped herbs soggy). Light and fluffy when hand chopped.
4. Chop spring onions in TM bowl 2-3 sec/speed 7
5. Combine burghul mixture with chopped parsley/mint and spring onions. Mix through olive oil and salt
