Ingredients
Soup
- 1/2 onion, quartered
- 400 g cauliflower florets
- 400 g broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon TM stock concentrate
- 700 g water
- 250 g silken tofu
- 2 level tablespoon cottage cheese
- 50 g coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons plain spelt flour, (or normal plain flour)
- 1 tsp curry powder
- salt and pepper to taste

1. place onion in the TM bowl and chop on speed 6 for approximately 4 seconds.
2. Scrape down the onion from the edges if required then add the following ingredients to the bowl;
- water
- cauliflower
- brocolli
- stock
- curry powder
cook for 15 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1
3. add the following ingredients;
- flour
- coconut oil
- cottage cheese
- tofu
- salt and pepper
cook for 5 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1
4. blend the finished soup, increasing the speed slowly (to avoid splashes) from speed 1 - 8.

Tip
*blending time at the end will depend on how smooth you prefer your soup. adjust to your liking!
*I made some simple flat bread using plain spelt flour to go with this soup while it was cooking. (keep and eye out for my spelt flat bread recipe that I will hopfully post soon!)
*you can add other spices or vegetables for a different flavour!

delicious! i used two fennels and no cottage cheese. Also used olive oil.
Really loved it.
Tasty. So I didn't have all the ingredients and it still tasted great. Just used broccoli. Also used yoghurt instead of tofu and it still tasted great. My son also read the recipe wrong so we added a little more curry powder than it states. A quick dinner to serve that all the family enjoyed.
