Ingredients
- 1 onion brown, medium, cut into quarters
- 1 Capsicum, red, cut into quarters
- 1 bacon, rasher, sliced
- 20 g olive oil
- 1 carrot, medium, not peeled, cut into small lengths
- 1 tbsp Chicken stock concentrate, (rrom EDC)
- 1.1 litres water
- 400 g cannellini beans, canned, drained and rinsed

Put the onion, capsicum and the bacon into the TM bowl and chop 3 seconds on speed 4.
Add the oil and sauté for 2 minutes at 100 C on speed 1.
Add the carrot and chop 5 seconds on speed 4.
Add the water and the stock and cook for 15 minutes at 100 C on "Counter-clockwise operation" and "Gentle stir setting" .
Then add the beans and cook a further 5 minutes at 100 C on "Counter-clockwise operation" and "Gentle stir setting" .
Tip
Cannellini beans can be replaced with a tin of baked beans leaving some of the tomato sauce for extra flavour.
