I'm cooking this today

Recipe's preparation

  1.  Skin and quarter onion, add to TM and chop for 4-5 seconds speed 4

  2.  Add olive oil to TM and cook onion 3min, 100 c, speed 2, reverse

  3. While onion is cooking wash and begin to dice vegies.

  4.  After onion has finished cooking add 1 litre liquid stock (I used Massal chicken stock). Set TM to 25 min, 100c, speed 2, reverse and leave out measuring cup so you can add other ingredients as chopped.

  5.  Add (in this order as item is chopped) celery, carrots, parsnip, zucchni and continue cooking without MC in place.

  6.  When finished cooking add black pepper to taste and other spices. The tarragon was a big hit for me here and not something I usually use, it's quite strong so taste after flavouring before adding more.Cook through for an extra 2min, 100c, speed 3 reverse. Eat tmrc_emoticons.)

Tip

You could also blend this until smooth if wanted (or to ensure no loss of texture when freezing and reheating).
