Ingredients
Green Soup
- 110 grams leek, chopped in pieces
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 30 grams parsley, stems and leaves
- 15 grams coriander, stems and leaves
- 5 grams ginger, peeled
- 15 grams ev olive oil, (or 1 Tbls)
- 0.5 tsp tumeric powder
- 1 tbsp Vege Stock Concentrate
- 2 Zuchinis, (approx 400g) chopped in pieces
- 100 grams broccoli, chopped in pieces
- 50 grams Kale, leaves only - add more to taste
- 400 grams Liquid Chicken Stock (Optional), (see tips)
- 400 grams filtered water
- salt and pepper to taste

Add Leek, Garlic, Parsley, Coriander and Ginger in bowl and chop 3 seconds speed 5. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add Tumeric, Vege Stock Concentrate, Zuchini, Broccoli and Kale and chop 5 sec speed 7.
Add Chicken Stock and Water and cook 20 mins 100 degrees speed 1.
Add salt and pepper to taste (if required) and puree for 1 min speed 9. Remember to slowly increase speed to 9.
Tip
To make this vegetarian either omit the Chicken Stock or use a vegetarian stock like Massel.
