*put shredded chicken into soup stir and serve with nice crusty bread..
I make this after school before soccer training and leave it in thermoserver for 1.5hrs before serving it thickens on standing. Kids loved it!!
Enjoy
Tip
You can add any vegetables you wish, especially if kids are eating you can hide them which then becomes the nice thick soup base.
I hide all veges in this soup.. Zucchini, celery etc
Soup Noodles can be found in most supermarkets in the Kosher section. If not available you can use angel hair pasta but will cook alot quicker, so maybe add in the last 10mins of cooking time.
NB This soup is a very thick consistency due to the veges being the base, it is very filling, you can reduce vege and add more water if desired..

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Definitely one of our new favourites!!! Easy to hide vegetables!! I hid carrots, (peeled) zucchini and celery stalks... Mr. Uber-fussy had no clue and got himself seconds 😈
Enjoy!

Six year old approved!! This was so easy and used ingredients I already had which is always a plus. I used gluten free thin spaghetti and cooked for 20 mins. Thanks for sharing, i think this will be used regularly this winter
So easy and so tasty, with ingredients you would normally have on hand. Perfect for friends dropping by around lunchtime on a drizzly winter day. Thank you for this recipe!
Yum!
its quiet a thick soup once you leave in Thermoserver as pasta absorbs liquid so i add extra liquid.
Hubby a fan and I can sneak hidden veggies in it 👌🏼
I used a potato, pumpkin and celery as well for added veg. I also used short cut angel hair pasta.
My 3.5 year old scoffed it down thinking it was 2 minute noodles.
Best chicken noodle soup ever!!
I made this soup this afternoon. I omitted the onion and garlic and added corn and peas and used vermicelli noodles with extra water. This was very yummy.
Thanks again.

I made this for our family - it was excellent, a real hit! I did lightly brown the chicken in a pan beforehand, just for a bit of flavour, and added some leftover roast corn from the night before (by slicing kernels off the cob).
Yum! I think this soup will be one I make regularly during winter, with the bonus of hiding veggies for extra flavour and nutrition.
Kids loved this recipe! Added extra veggies. Huge hit. Thank you
Morning all,
So glad that everyone's enjoying my soup recipe..
