Kumera and Coriander Soup
- 500 g kumera, peeled and chopped
- 1 cloves garlic, large
- 1 --- onion, peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 tsp cumin, ground
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 750 g water
- 1 tbsp TM vegie stock
- 1 bunch coriander
- yoghurt to serve

Chop onion & garlic 5sec.S:7 scrape down bowl.
Add oil & cummin saut'e 3 mins T:100 S:1
Add Kumera, chop 5 Sec.S: 7 add water & stock cook T: 15mins T:100 S: 1
Add corriander (save a few leaves to garnish) Blend T: 30 sec slowly going from S:1 to S:9
Garnish with corriander laves a dob of yoghurt & cracked pepper.
