TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Very bland and not like the beautiful mushroom soups I've made in the past. The family wouldn't actually eat it and I had to save it with some vegetable stock concentrate and more mushrooms.
Very tasty 👌🏻
Amazing flavour! Very easy to make. Thank you.
Very easy and delicious flavour

Nice soup. Very simple. Turned it into a vegan soup with vegan cream and vegan stock. Worked out really well.
Loved this. So simple and a gr at way to use up stuff in the fridge!
used home made butter, veggie stock and more mushrooms and less potatoes. Loved the garlic intensity too. Great serve with crusty sour dough lathered in my butter.
Just what I need on a winters day.
Great recipe and very easy to do.
I didn’t have fresh cream so I added sour cream and was very nice as well.
This soup was very bland for our tastes. Mushroom flavour good, but I think the potato took all the saltiness. Needed a boost with porcini salt or a tablespoon of stock concentrate.
