Highly recommend this soup. I was trying to recreate something my mother used to make often. I ended up adding additional white pepper and chilli and some additional fish sauce for flavour. Great breakfast soup for cold and flu season! Thank you
This was delicious thanks Janet. I added one star anise when I put in the minced chicken And used a whole white onion when I make it again soon, I think I will try short grain rice, as Jasmine was what I had on hand. Thanks !
