Soup
- 1/2 brown onion, Cut in half
- 1 clove garlic, Peeled
- 20 grams olive oil
- TM stock concentrate, To taste (1-2 tsp)
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (400g)
- 1 can brown lentils, Drained & rinsed
- 1 Cup Frozen Corn Kernels
- 1 Cup water

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Put onion & garlic in bowl. Cut on speed 7 for 5 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl
2. Add oil. Cook on speed 1 at 100 for 2 minutes.
3. Add all other ingredients. Cook on "Counter-clockwise operation" at 100 for 13 mins speed 1.
4. Serve & enjoy

Tip
If serving two, this equates to 6 pro-points each serve.
You can serve with 1 tbs grated Parmesan cheese on top for an extra pro-point.
Add extra veggies such as beans, carrot, asparagus etc to make this soup even more heart & nutritional.
