- 500 grams Paua
- 60 grams red onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 10 grams fresh ginger root
- 1 egg
- 15 grams psyllium husks
- 50 grams almond meal
- pinch salt
- to taste ground pepper to taste

Slice the paua into 1 cm slices and then halve these. Place in the Bowl and mince on speed 9 for appox 6 seconds. Check consistancy and mince for further 1 -2 seconds if necessary. Remove from bowl and set aside.
Clean the bowl
Place garlic, peeled ginger, and red onion into bowl. 10 seconds, speed 5. Scape down sides.
Add minced paua to the bowl, 1 egg, almond meal and psyllium husks, salt and pepper. mix 20 seonds, speed 4.5 "Counter-clockwise operation" .
Take a large tablespoon full and make into fritter shape. Cook in a hot pan until cooked on one side and then flip to the other side. This should only take a minute or so.
Serve with a wedge of lemon.
