- 250 g water
- 100 g Butter
- 160 g flour
- 200 g ham
- 200 g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 eggs

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Add water, butter and salt to TM bowl
heat and mix 5 min / 100 deg / speed 3
Add flour and mix 40 sec on spped 5
LET PASTRY COOL IN TM FOR 15 minutes
Mix on speed 5, Add eggs on at a time slowly through MC hole
whilest still on speed 5, add in your chesee and ham until all ingredients incorporated .
Spoon mixture into heaped teaspoon size bite pieces and bake in a 200 deg oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden and puffy.

Lauren_julieann:made tonight and mine were wet inside too...kids still liked them but guessing they shouldn’t be like that! I thought the mixture was quite wet looking before I baked them. I made mine large but doubled the cooking time
balibelle:how did self raising turn out I used plain flour and they were a little flat...did larger size and doubled the cooking time....a little wet inside still . Kids like the taste though
Is is self raising or plain flour? I am using SR tonight, but would love to know what everyone else used

Made these delicious little things today. Super easy and quick! Not sure what I did wrong but they are still wet inside. Maybe I added too much cheese? Has anyone else had this problem or is that how they are supposed to be?
OH Yum. Kids haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure they will think it's just as yummy as I do. I also agree with the preference to cold tastes better. Thank you so much for sharing.
