Pancakes

  • 1 piece Pear, Cored
  • 1 egg
  • 200 g whole or skim milk
  • 150 g Self Raising Flour
  • 1 pinch Sea salt, fine
  • honey, To serve
  • Butter, to grease pan

Recipe's preparation

    Pancakes
  1. Place pear, roughly diced, into bowl.  Grate for 5 seconds on speed 8.  Set aside

    Place flour, egg, milk and salt into bowl and mix for 10 seconds on speed 4.  Scrap sides and insert butterfly. Mix for a further 20 seconds on speed 2

    Place in pear and mix for 30 seconds on speed 2.

    Place into a buttered pan on medium heat.  Flip when bubbled and raising.  Serve with honey.

    These taste lovely but the quantity is not enough for 4 ppl unless you are happy with one pancake per person. 

    Not as fluffy as other recipes but very light.

    This recipe makes very light pancakes but not as fluffy as I usually like. The quantity is ok for  2 ppl but can't see it serving 4 unless you only wanted one each..... And one is NOT enough!!

    Big Smileyummy!!! Best pancakes ever, will not be able to eat any others tmrc_emoticons.) 

    I would increase quantities as there were not enough for family of four
