Ingredients

1 cup linseeds

  • 1 40 grams Linseeds
  • 60 grams sesame seeds whole
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 --- Cup fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 level tablespoon Ground Rosemary
  • Ground Salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Closed lid"Closed lid" Mill linseeds 10 seconds speed 10 set aside.

  2. 2. Grate parmesan enough to measure 3/4 cup. Leave in the bowl Closed lid"Closed lid"

  3. 3. Add milled linseeds back to the bowl add sesame seeds and Rosemary and two eggs. 

  4. 4. Mix speed 2  Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" breverse for 20 seconds 

  5. 5. Scrape sides back down mix again Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"  reverse speed 2 / 2 seconds.

  6. 6. Tip out onto the new thermo oven mat on baking tray and press out firmly and as thin as you can get it without it breaking. you should be able to get it to cover the White section of the mat evenly.

  7. 7. Cut the dough with plastic cutter. Do not use a knife!!! (see photo) make small squares.  

  8. 8. Sprinkle or grind sea salt onto dough Place in oven 180* 10 mins (middle shelf ).

    Remove after 10 mins flip biscuits over gently grind salt onto that side place back into oven further 5 mins. Turn oven off cool in oven. To crisp further 

  9. Place in air tight container. Use for cheese and tomato dips .... What ever your taste buds want suiting your eating life style.

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
