Ingredients

Quiche Slice

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 centimetres leek, White part. Approx 2 Leeks
  • 2 Zuccchini, Medium Size
  • 1/2 Red Capscium, Deseeded
  • 2 bacon rashes
  • 100 grams vegetable oil, Olive Oil can subsitute
  • 200 grams Grated Cheddar Cheese, Tasty can be used too
  • 120 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1.  Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

    2. Line 2 Rectangular Slice Pan with Baking Paper

    3. Add Leek, Capsicum, Bacon and Zucchini into TM Bowl and chop for 10 secs / Speed 5.

    4. Add Oil and saute for 3min/ 100 degrees/ Speed 1.

    5. Add all other ingredients. Mix 20 secs/ Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" / Speed 5

    6. Add mixture to prepared tins.

    7. Cook for 15 mins in preheated 180 degree oven.

    8. When cooled cut into slices

Tip

This slice is versatile for all seasons.  It can be served Hot or Cold.

    Delicious added a little extra onion & bacon with a dash of curry, it was a hit!

    Delicious quiche. I didn't have any zucchini, so added chopped mushrooms and spinach and a little curry powder. Yum tmrc_emoticons.;)
