Recipe's preparation

  1. Place 180 g plain flour, plus extra for dusting.
    1 sprig fresh rosemary, leaves only
    1 pinch salt
    1 pinch ground black pepper
    Mix 5 sec/speed 7
    Add 120 g unsalted butter, chilled, cut into pieces (1 cm)
    Mix Turbo/1.0 sec/3 times.
    Add 90 g waterand mix Turbo/2.0 sec/2 times, until dough comes together. Transfer onto a silicone bread mat or clean work surface and shape into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and place into refrigerator for 30-40 minutes or until firm enough to roll. Clean and dry mixing bowl. Meanwhile, continue with filling.
    On a lightly floured silicone bread mat or work surface, roll out chilled pastry to a 5 mm thickness.
    Line tart tin with pastry and trim overhanging edges. Add Filling & Bake for 40 minutes (180°C).

Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
