- 100 g wheat grain
- 500 g bakers flour
- 30 g fresh yeast
- 3 tablespoon herbs of provence
- 2 teaspoon salz
- 1 pinch sugar
- 40 g oil
- 350 g lukewarm water

Add the wheat grain into mixingbowl and crush 30 sek/speed 10
Add all the other ingredients and start kneading dough for 3 min./level "Dough mode" , place dough in bowl and let raise for 30 min.
Knead dough wtih yoru hands, form two baguettes and place onto baking tray and let raise for another 30 min.
Sprinkle warm water onto baguettes, cut with sharp knife a few times and bake in preheated oven for 20 min./200 degr.
