- 160g raw sugar
- 200g bakers flour
- 1tsp Bicarb soda
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp all spice
- 1 egg
- 125g Butter

- Chop apples on speed 4 for 3 seconds. Add sugar and spices and mix on reverse on speed 4 for 5 seconds. Set aside.
Add egg and butter and beat on speed 4 for 20 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and mix on speed 4 for another 20 seconds.
Add reserved apple mixture and mix on reverse on speed 4 for 10 seconds.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Tip
This is a dry sticking cake mix.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
