- Roast 150g of nuts in 180 degree oven for 10 minutes. Blitz remainder of nuts for 1 minute on speed 9 and set aside.
Add rice malt syrup and maple syrup and salt if desired to bowl and heat for 1 minute, 50 degrees on speed 1.
Add blitzed nuts to bowl and mix for 10 seconds on speed 3. Add roasted nuts and mix for 10 seconds on speed 3
"Counter-clockwise operation" or until mixed through.
Put mixture into silicone loaf pan and let set in fridge for 30 minutes before slicing.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
