  • 400 g sugar
  • 100 g plain flour
  • 20 g vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g White Chocolate Buttons
  • cocoa to dust

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius.

    2. Melt the butter at 80 degrees for 2 minutes on speed 2.

    3. Add the sugar, flour and vanilla and mix for 15 seconds on speed 3.

    4. Add the eggs and mix for 15 seconds on speed 3.

    5. Add the chocolate and mix on reverse Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" for 40 seconds on speed 1.

    6. Pour into lined lamington tin (approx 26 x 18cms) and bake for 40 minutes. Mine are a little burnt in the photo as they were left in for 50 minutes.

    7. Remove from ove, cool completely and cut into 15 pieces.

    8. Sprinkle liberally with cocoa powder to serve.

    Once all instructions were completed, I found the White chocolate had not mixed through and I had to hand mix it through. When it came out of the oven, it looked like a pudding. Still waiting for it to cool, however I have concerns it will be too runny.
