- 80 g almonds
- 2 --- bananas
- 1 tablespoon honey, (Can use maple syrup for vegan)
- 1 tablespoon Butter, (Can use coconut oil for vegan)
- 1/3 --- cup Shredded Coconut
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 Cup sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 1 Cup dried dates

Preheat oven to 180'C
Place almonds in tmx and blitz speed 10 until almond butter is made
Add dates and pulse until dates are finely chopped.
Add bannas, honey and butter and mix speed 4 for 5 seconds
Add remainng ingredients and mix speed 3 for 5 seconds
Drop tablespoons of mixture onto baking tray, flatten a little, and bake for 12mins
I store mine in the freezer in a ziplock bag in an effort to not eat them all at once! Great anytime of the day

Oh my, these are delicious warm. I'm waiting impatiently for them to get cold so I can compare
Yummy! Next time I will half the dates and leave out the sweetener as they were quite sweet but otherwise tasty.
Just made these again,this time without the sweetener - couldn't tell it was mssing! Still very delicious!
