Method
Tip
*** if you dont have fresh dates just soak 3 dried dates in boiling water for a few minutes, or cold water overnight
*** choose the frozen berries you love! I like variety and change it up. when fresh strawberries are cheap I use them - so delicious
*** Hemp protein powder works well in this recie, but it is illegal in Au and NZ for human consumption. Pea protein is an alternative
*** Mill your own linseeds! The linseed meal you buy from the shops is the seed leftover from oil pressing, so good for fibre, but all the Omega 3s have been pressed out of it. Buy the seeds, mill, and store in the fride.
*** Want to boost your veges? A great way to hide some silverbeet, kale or kohl rabi - throw a handful in and it will dissapear
