    Super easy!

I added ham & capsicum and the kids loved them. Great for lunchboxes or afternoon tea.

Really quick, easy and yummy! I used leftover pizza pocket mix with them - capsicum, tomato, bacon - and it worked beautifully.

I'm intrigued about the lining option which sounds fabulous. Do you pre-cook the baon? Do you put it in a patty pan or grease-proof paper to stop the oiliness? Any tips appreciated.

really simple love it! I make a version where I line the tins with ham or bacon and add a lot more vege. This is a great basic recipe!
