- 100 grams Macadamia Nuts
- 250 grams Butter, Cold and cubed
- 90 grams brown sugar
- 90 grams caster sugar
- 1 level teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 350 grams plain flour, Can use spelt
- 100 grams Self Raising Flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 heaped tablespoons cocoa
- 250 grams choc bits

If required mill caster sugar using raw sugar 3 seconds on speed 9 before beginning recipe.
Weigh your flours into a container using TM before you begin
Place nuts in TM bowl and mill for 10 seconds on speed 9
Use spatula to scrape milled nuts down into the bowl
Add butter, sugars and vanilla to bowl ( leaving milled nuts in bowl)
Cream together for 1 minute on Speed 6 (use spatula to keep butter down on the blades when beginning to cream)
Add eggs and beat on speed 3
Gradually add other dry ingredients (not Choc Chips) while mixing on speed 3
Set dial to closed lid position and mix for 1 minute on interval speed
Describe the preparation steps of your recipe
Roll in to balls and press flat on greased tray.
Bake in Moderate oven 10-14 minutess
Turn oven on 180
