Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
Tip beans into basket to drain, and rinse well with water. Tip them out into mixing bowl and process 10 secs, speed 5.
Place butter and brown sugar in bowl and mix 30 secs, speed 4.
Add egg and maple syrup. Mix 5 secs, speed 4.
Add rolled oats, flour, bicarb soda, vanilla and salt. Mix 45 secs, speed 4. You may need to use the spatula through the hole in the lid to help move the mixture around while it mixes.
Add choc chips and mix for 30 secs, reverse, speed 4, once again using the spatula while it mixes to help the choc chips mix evenly through the mixture.
Place tablespoons of mixtre onto baking tray (with baking paper). Flatten slightly using spoon.
Bake for 15 mins and cool on a rack.
Biscuit Dough
Tip
The beans and rolled oats in these biscuits make them very dense and filling - perfect for school lunches. Children will never know there are beans 'hiding' in these biscuits! If you are a fan of the magic bean thermomix cake, this may be a recipe you would like to try.

Yummo....
Used Buter beans instead of Borlotti, but still an absolute hit with the kids & adults...
Went down well kids had no idea it had beans in them I only used 120g sugar and easter eggs left in fridge.
