Recipe's preparation

  1. Place chocolate chips in bag

     

  2. Place bag in simmering basket

  3. Add 250g water to TM bowl and steam on 100 for 6min/speed 1 (increase or decrease time depending on quality and quantity of chocolate)

    Can be put on Varoma as well, but time may need to be adjusted.

  4. Once chocolate is melted. Cut corner of bag and start piping.  

  5. Quality of piping will depend on quality of melting chocolate and a steady hand tmrc_emoticons.)tmrc_emoticons.-)Smile

     

Tip

Practice this before you use as different chocolate and quality (white, milk, dark, etc)  melt at different temperatures and have different consistencies. I normally use white melted chocolate to decorate a chocolate cake after I've done the ganache.
