Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 180degrees
    line 2 baking trays with baking paper

    Add 125grams butter and 100grams Sugar to bowl and cream until light and pale
    2mins Speed 3
    ( may need to scrape down bowl )

    add egg and mix 1min speed 3 scrape down


    add 185grams ( 1cup ) sifted flour and 140grams ( 1 cup ) sifted custard powder

    mix 30secs Speed 2 or until combined

    roll into 50 teaspoon size balls and place on baking tray and press down lightly with a fork.
    bake 10-12mins on 180degrees


    once cool ice together 1.5cups icing sugar add dash of vanilla tablespoon butter and a tablespoon of boiling water in at a time until you have a thick mixture ) if too runny add more icing sugar. Add colour if desired
