My Tuna Mornay
- 1 onion, peel cut in quarters
- 100 grams cheese, Grated
- 1000 grams Milk
- 100 grams Butter
- 100 grams plain flour
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 can Tuna ( 425grams)
- 100 grams frozen peas
- 100 grams Frozen or Tinned Corn
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable stock paste
- 1 can Tinned Spaghetti or Packet of Dried Chicken Noodle Soup

- This is what my Mum put in her Mornay -
see the Variation of using Tinned Spaghetti or a packet of Chicken Noodle Soup
"Closed lid" Chop Onion 5 Seconds - Speed 6 empty into a bowl and put aside
Place Milk, Flour Butter into Bowl and"Closed lid" 12Mins - 90Degrees - Speed 4
Add reserved onion and all other ingrediets into Bowl stir with spatula to combine and cook"Closed lid" further 10Mins - 90Degrees - Speed 2.5 on Reverse 
"Counter-clockwise operation"
When done, place in Thermoserver and serve with what ever you fancy
Toast, Potatoes, Rice, Pasta etc.
My variations is if you dont have tinned Spagetti you can add a packet of
Dried Chicken Noodle Soup. ( the noodle will swell up in the mixture )
